CTEK XS4003 General Information

CTEK MULTI XS 4003 is smarter, better and safer than any other consumer charger yet seen.

This third generation charger has more features and more safety features than any other charger in this segment. MULTI XS 4003 is a fully automatic and extremely powerful 8-step switch mode charger which delivers 0.8A/4A. The MULTI XS 4003 is suitable for both advanced charger applications and more general applications for cars, motorcycles, jet skis, snowmobiles, or other vehicles using small or medium-size lead batteries. All CTEK battery chargers are electronic proof, non-sparking and reverse polarity and short circuit protected.

*) Back current drain is the current that drains the battery whilst the charger is connected to a battery but not connected to the mains. CTEK chargers have a very low back current.

**) The quality of the charging voltage and charging current is very important. A high current ripple heats up the battery which has an aging effect on the positive electrode. High voltage ripple could harm other equipment that is connected to the battery. CTEK battery chargers produce very clean voltage and current with low ripple.

This accessory allows you to charge your battery through the cigarette lighter socket instead of having to go under the bonnet to connect up the charger, ideal if your battery is located in an awkward position.

Can be permanently attached to the battery clamps, allowing quick attachment of the charger using the push fit connector.
